Applications

High purity, low sodium and 0.2 micron filtration system for semiconductor and microelectronic applicationsGold etchant is a selective general-purpose etchant for gold. It is compatible with negative and positive photoresists.

Notes

Light sensitive. Incompatible with reducing agents, metal powders, ammonia and alkali metals.
